Individual therapy

One-on-one virtual sessions built completely around you: your goals, your story, and your way back to feeling like yourself. Whether you're working through anxiety, burnout, or life after baby, this is your hour to be honest, be supported, and finally exhale.

I specialize in women's and perinatal mental health, so you're working with someone who truly understands what you're carrying.

FMLA & Workplace Accommodation Support

When your mental health needs room to breathe, wrestling with paperwork shouldn't be one more weight on your shoulders. For established clients, I provide documentation to support FMLA leave and reasonable workplace accommodations, so you can protect your time and your wellbeing without the guilt.

We'll always make sure any documentation truly reflects where you are and what you need.

Emotional Support Animal (ESA) Documentation

For the clients whose furry companion has become a genuine source of comfort and steadiness. ESA documentation is available to established clients when it's clinically appropriate.

This is a thoughtful decision we reach together through our work, never a quick form, so it always starts with the therapy relationship first.
